We're looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our optical team as an Optician I-no experience required, just a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn!
- Competitive Hourly Wage + Guaranteed : $20-$38/hour

- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday hours, only 1/2 day on Saturday

What You'll Be Doing :
- Help patients select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
- Offer honest, thoughtful advice on frames and lenses to ensure satisfaction
- Meet sales goals while delivering personalized, high-quality service
- Maintain and organize eyewear inventory for a fresh and exciting selection
- Perform adjustments and minor repairs to ensure comfort and fit
- Collaborate with doctors to clarify prescriptions and support patient care
What We're Looking For: - 0-3 years of experience (optical experience is great, but not required-we'll train you!)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in the optical field
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and office priorities
- Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable personality
