JOB SCOPE
Responsible for providing Food and Beverage service in the lounge as well as the living room.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Report to department, meeting the dress code and appearance standard, set by the company.
Check with your manager for any important information related to the hotel or your department
Greets guests according to the standards.
Apply food and beverage handling rules.
Position the liquor in display properly.
Cut garnishes, fill up juice containers (if needed)
Check the music (volume) and adjust it according to the number of guests in the lounge
