How You Will Make An Impact Operate heavy excavation and landscape machinery safely to execute site preparation and grading. Valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery on active field sites. Proven ability to work independently as a career‑oriented self‑starter. Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment maintenance routines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of heavy machinery operation in residential landscaping or excavation. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Broad experience with site prep for luxury outdoor living environments.
