In this role, you will oversee team performance, guest service, food quality, and restaurant profitability. You will hire, train, and coach team members, create schedules, and maintain a friendly, fast-paced environment that reflects Southern hospitality. The General Manager manages inventory, cash handling, and safety and cleanliness standards.
